申請外籍看護制度 檢討鬆綁可能性 - 公視新聞 Apr 9th 2012, 05:03 受到社會高齡化影響，家庭外籍看護工的需求不斷增加，目前卻礙於申請的限制，不少家庭難以申請，只好冒險偽造「巴氏量表」，現在勞委會將檢討申請家庭外籍看護工制度鬆綁的可能性。 去年藝人李李仁被指控使用偽造的「巴氏量表」申請外籍看護，遭檢方偵辦後，獲得緩起訴，這起案件，不僅引起關注，也凸顯出國內長期以來，看護申請門檻過高問題，其實早在98年時，就曾有立委提案要求勞委會放寬外籍幫傭計點制度，但最後卻無疾而終。 只是隨著社會邁入高齡化，外界要求放寬外籍看護申請的聲浪，又再掀起， 則決定，要再檢討制度鬆綁的可能性，並儘快邀請各部會一同商討。 由於目前國內社福外勞人數，已經突破二十萬人，若再持續引入外勞，勢必會壓縮到本國勞工工作機會，因此勞委會強調，外勞申請制度需要檢討，但建構完整的國內長照體系，才是真正解決高齡化社會的重點工作。 (2012-04-09 12:00)  中晝新聞 This entry passed through the Full-Text RSS service — if this is your content and you're reading it on someone else's site, please read the FAQ at fivefilters.org/content-only/faq.php#publishers.
